ALL purchases are FINAL SALE, we do not offer refunds of any value, store credits and/or exchanges. This same policy applies to all deposits made. Deposits cannot be transferred to other items, nor can be refunded under any circumstances.

Damage and Issues

All items are authenticated by our experts before selling. We quality check each and every item before we ship out.

LuxeSavvyCloset is not responsible for any new damage or wear to an item after purchase. All items are pre-owned and we are unable to honor any brand specific warranties as we are not part of the manufacturing process. 

We are not responsible for parcels once they are scanned as delivered by our carrier. If there is an issue, after delivery has been made you must contact the carrier company.

Any undeliverable packages returned to us will be held at the boutique for in-person pick up unless an arrangement for reshipping is made and at the buyer’s expense. 

A restocking fee of 30% of the value of the item will be charged/retained to cover authentication fees, shipping fees, insurance fees and restocking fees in case reshipping is not available.

LSC will not be responsible for any lost packages to invalid addresses due to incorrect information provided to us, no exceptions.

If you have received the wrong item in your order, please contact us at with proof that the item is wrong, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
